Please contact The Master Society if you would like the MASTER to attend an event You are planning during Our May - September cruising season.
1. Annual Wooden Boat Show, Granville Island. Aug 25 - 27, 2011. No steaming required for this show except on last day when we take some of the Northwest Steamboat Association members for a short cruise of Vancouver Harbour. SEE NOTE AT BOTTOM.
Depart Granville Island at1100 hrs on August 27th to local area and return approx 1400 hrs.
2. Annual Victoria Classic Boat Show, Victoria, BC Sept. 2-4, 2011.
Due to the length of this trip (10 hours of steaming one way), it will be made in two days of 5 hours each, requiring a stop over at Ganges in both directions. Depart Granville Is 1200 noon on Sept. 1st arriving Ganges at 1700 hrs. Depart Ganges at 1000 hrs, arriving Victoria 1500 hrs. Sept 2nd. Depart Victoria at 1200 noon of the 4th of Sept, over night at Ganges, arriving Granville Is. at a.pprox. 1500 hrs. Sept. 5th, 2011. Should the engineers feel comfortable with a ten hour trip, then the vessel will leave Vancouver on the 2nd and return on the 4th. Dates and time to be finalized later.
3 Annual Westcoast Work Boat Association's Fall Rendezvous. Ganges, BC Sept. 23-25, 2011.
Depart Granville Island at 1000 hrs Sept 23rd, returning to the Vancouver area at approx. 1700 hrs of the 25th of Sept. Steaming time - 5 hrs
